The hotel's location in the heart of the bustling city center was absolutely perfect. With shops, cafes, and fast food outlets nearby, everything was conveniently within reach. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always going out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Our room was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean, and the comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. The complimentary WiFi was reliable and the air conditioning kept the room at a pleasant temperature. The breakfast spread was delicious, with generous portions and the hosts were incredibly accommodating.
All was spot-on, no complaints whatsoever!

Located close to the main attractions and shopping areas, guests could easily walk to the museum, clothing shops, and the Mohamed Ali Mosque. Room features included a bar fridge, spacious windows, and comfortable beds with multiple pillows for a restful sleep. The service from staff was helpful and friendly.
Some guests encountered noise disturbances from surrounding traffic, which impacted their sleep quality.

The hotel's location is fantastic. It's right in the heart of the city and close to many stores and restaurants. Also, it's very close to the Museum and the Pyramids, so it's an excellent base for exploring all of the city's main sights. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, making my stay very comfortable. The hotel is also very clean, and the breakfast provided was basic but filling.
Not obvious to find.

Liked our romantic escape
The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Nile river and a few of the city's main attractions. We also enjoyed the stunning view from our room that made our romantic escape even more special.
The wifi connection was unreliable and slow during our stay, which made it difficult to get online. the size of the room we booked was smaller than expected, and the shower had no curtain, making it difficult to use without flooding the bathroom.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I am pleased to say that it exceeded my expectations. the location was fantastic - it was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, close to the Nile and the Egyptian Museum, making it easy to explore the local attractions. Additionally, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always willing to provide information and assistance. It was a relief to find that some of the staff even spoke Spanish, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel itself was clean and well-decorated, and the rooms had high ceilings and were spacious. The attention to detail in the interior design was evident and added to the overall charm of the place. Furthermore, the breakfast each morning was delicious, providing a great start to the day.
My experience at this hotel was fantastic and I have very few complaints. However, if I had to suggest an area for improvement, it would be to consider implementing stricter regulations on smoking within the hallways.

This hotel was an absolute gem! The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of a bustling shopping area with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready with great recommendations for nearby attractions. A special mention to Sarah, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. The rooms were well-maintained, with a comfortable and spacious bed, and the cleanliness of the bathrooms and toilets was impressive. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gesture of fresh flowers in our room every day.
Some minor improvements could be made when it comes to breakfast options and timing. Despite our prior request for vegan alternatives, the breakfast selection was lacking in this regard.

During my new year stay in this hotel, I really enjoyed the modern facilities they offered. The rooms were equipped with Wifi, which was a great way to stay connected with family and friends. the staff members were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was pleasant. The location of the hotel was also a key feature, with many restaurants and amenities within walking distance.
I did find it a little hard to find the hotel as it was located in an alley. although the staff was friendly, the lack of professionalism was noticeable at times.

I got great value for my money at Capital Hotel in Cairo. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for visiting Tahrir and the Cairo Museum. The staff, especially Sara and Ahmed at reception, were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
One thing that could make breakfast better at the hotel would be to have more variety in vegan alternatives and improve the communication with the breakfast staff.

I recently stayed at Capital Hotel in downtown Cairo for 3 nights. The hotel is centrally located and has modern facilities, including Wifi in-room. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even facilitating an affordable airport transfer for me. There are plenty of restaurants, stores, shops, and ATMs within walking distance, and the museum is just a few minutes away. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, exactly as shown in the pictures. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Egypt.
